EVT 4 – KEL 2 (1-9-19): Bryce Kindopp reached the 20-goal plateau for the second consecutive season and the Everett Silvertips broke a tied game in the third period to defeat the Kelowna Rockets, 4-2 for their 17th win in 20 games before 5,025 fans at Prospera Place on Wednesday in WHL action. The Tips haven’t lost a game in regulation to Kelowna since the 2014-15 season: a string improving to 11-0-2-1 in the last 14 meetings. The victory moved them to within five points of the top record in the entire league after the Prince Albert Raiders lost, 4-1 to the visiting Seattle Thunderbirds.
