The Silvertips continue a four-game homestand tonight against the Victoria Royals in the second meeting this season … the Silvertips are 24-13-3-3 lifetime against the Royals … the Silvertips currently hold first place in the U.S. Division  … the Silvertips enter the week listed #6 in the CHL Top-10 rankings … they are 6-1-1 in the last eight games and have won back-to-back home games … Victoria visited Tri-City last night and suffered a 5-4 overtime defeat.

  • ETHAN BROWNE (F), AB – 77 points (39g-38a) in 36 games last season for the Sherwood Park (AMBHL), Silvertips draft selection, first round (14th overall) in 2016, is signed and registered as an affiliated player … NOTABLE: 3 points in 4 games, goal in championship game
  • DYLAN HOLLOWAY (F), AB – 3rd on the Calgary Flames AMBHL squad last season with 31 points in 33 games … NOTABLE: 3 points in 4 games, goal in championship game
  • DANTON BELLUK (G), MB – 13-5-0 record in 18 games last year with the Eastman Selects
  • MARK LIWISKI (F), MB – league leader last season in assists (52), 2ND in league with 91 points in 35 games, also adding 114 penalty minutes with the Parkland Rangers (WBAAA)
  • REECE VITELLI (F), MB – led his Winnipeg Warriors in scoring with 69 points in 34 games last season
  • ALEX MOAR (D), SK – career high 18 points (8g-10a) in 27 games with Prince Albert (SBAAHL) last season



LAST SEASON: Goaltender Carter Hart – ranked #2 (FINAL, North American goalies) by the NHL CSS’ Rankings, was named to the CHL/NHL Prospects Game for Jan. 28 in Vancouver (Team Orr) … named Silvertips MVP for the 2015-16 season … Western Conference selection for WHL Top Goaltender … he earned the CHL Goaltender of the Week award, the WHL Goaltender of the Month (November) award and also his fourth WHL Goaltender of the Week award of the season … during the month of November he was 9-2-0-1 and led the league with a 1.16 goals-against-average, in addition to a .951 save percentage and four shutouts … he has posted a 60-31-5-7 record with 11 shutouts in 106 career WHL regular season appearances.

Kevin Constantine is in his eighth season overall as head coach of the Silvertips, ranking as the club’s all-time leader in wins (292) and posting a record of 292-168-58 in his Everett career. All four of the Silvertips’ division titles have been achieved with Constantine as head coach, most recently in 2014-15 which was Everett’s first since 2006-07. He was the recipient of the Dunc McCallum Trophy (WHL Coach of the Year) in 2003-04, when the Silvertips broke nearly every WHL expansion record and became the first expansion team in WHL history to win a division title. Constantine has coached in the NHL over the course of seven seasons with San Jose, Pittsburgh and New Jersey, helping guide all three clubs to an appearance in the Stanley Cup Playoffs.
