EVERETT, Wash. – An 18-save shutout for Dustin Wolf and three goals allowed the Everett Silvertips to climb past the Portland Winterhawks in a 3-0 victory in the final game of the Delta Hotels Preseason Classic at Angel of the Winds Arena, on Sunday in WHL preseason action.

Everett, who earned four of six points during the weekend, posted 43 shots in their first preseason win after dropping their first two preseason games against Tri-City on Friday (4-3 SOL) and Seattle on Saturday (5-4 OTL). Riley Sutter earned a point for his third straight game, while Sean Richards and Connor Dewar also scored.
