EVT 5 – KAM 1 (1-6-19): The Silvertips win their 11th straight home game as Max Patterson, Connor Dewar and Wyatte Wylie all record multi-point games, along with a 37-save performance from goaltender Max Palaga, allowed the Everett Silvertips to defeat the visiting Kamloops Blazers, 5-1, before 4,723 at A.O.T.W. Arena on Sunday afternoon. Everett rookie-forward Conrad Mitchell deposited his first career WHL goal at 9:19 in the second period, assisted by fellow rookie forward Jalen Price and Dewar. The Tips have now earned a win or a point in 18 of the past 19 games (16-1-1-1), sitting atop the Western Conference with 64 points, seven behind the Prince Albert Raiders for most in the WHL.
