Fourth of eight meetings between the teams and the 135th overall … the Tips own a lifetime record of 61-52-21 against Tri-City … their last trip to Tri-City was on Sept. 30 in a 5-4 defeat at Toyota Center … Matt Fonteyne, Patrick Bajkov, and Connor Dewar combined for seven points in the game … following tonight’s game, the Tips will play five of their next six games at home … the Tips come into tonight’s game tied for fourth in the U.S. Division with 22 points, and the Americans were defeated by Victoria in their last game, 7-3 on Saturday.

LAST GAME (REG 2 – EVT 1 / 11-21-17): Carter Hart’s career-high 48 saves and two critical penalty kills helped keep the Everett Silvertips in the hunt, ultimately falling 2-1 to the visiting Regina Pats before 4,227 fans at XFINITY Arena on Sunday in WHL action. Patrick Bajkov broke a Silvertips power play drought with a third period goal. Robbie Holmes and Jake Leschyshyn each scored for Regina, who won for the first time on their U.S. Division trip. The Silvertips fell to 6-7-2-0 in 15 lifetime meetings with the Pats. Hart’s counterpart, Tyler Brown, stopped 38 shots.

  • GOT TO ADMIT IT’S GETTING BETTER: The Tips are 6-3-0-1 in the last ten games … Patrick Bajkov and Sean Richards each have two game winning goals in that span … Bajkov and Richards have combined for 20 points and 12 goals as well … eight players are +1 or better on the Tips roster.
