LAST GAME (VIC 5 – EVT 0 / 1-5-18): The Silvertips were shut out by Griffen Outhouse and the Royals cruised to a 5-0 victory in the first match-up since the 2017 playoffs in front of a crowd of 5,207 at Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre. The Tips outshot Victoria, 38-29 and trailed by one with just 20 mintues to play. Matt Fonteyne led the Tips with six shots in the game. Four different Royals each registered a multi point game.
