If you would like to request an Everett Silvertips player apperance please contact Travis Huntington, Director of Broadcasting & Public Relations, via email at travish@everettsilvertips.com at least two weeks prior to the requested appearance date.

In your email please include:

• Date of requested appearance
• Location of requested appearance
• Duration of requested appearance
• Name of group requesting appearance
• Contact information of person/group requesting appearance
• What the players would do at this appearance

All requests will be considered, but not all will be able to be fulfilled. The team receives a high volume of requests. These requests will be matched against the team's game, practice and travel schedules to see if they can be fulfilled.
