EVERETT – The Everett Silvertips are proud to once again team up with our friends at BECU for our 2014-15 home opener as we encourage the fans of Silvertip Country to help us “Fill the House” for Housing Hope! Through this special fundraiser, your purchase of opening night tickets can also help raise money to provide housing opportunities for low-income families in Snohomish County. The ‘Tips host the Kelowna Rockets for our first home game of the season at 7:35 pm on Friday, October 3 at XFINITY Arena.
Many low-income families in our area are currently without a safe, secure and affordable home. For over 25 years, Housing Hope has been providing housing opportunities for these families throughout Snohomish County. From emergency shelter and transitional housing to affordable rentals and a unique home ownership program, Housing Hope gives these families a fresh start and an opportunity at self-sufficiency. As the Silvertips prepare for our first home game of the new season against Kelowna on Friday, October 3 at XFINITY Arena, we’re asking for your help to “Fill the House” for Housing Hope. When you buy tickets for the game through a special link at EverettSilvertips.com/FillTheHouse, $7 off every ticket purchased in the green price level and $5 off every seat sold in the red and orange price levels goes back to Housing Hope.
You can also stop by the Housing Hope concourse table on opening night to learn more about their programs and find out how you can win a jersey signed by the entire 2014-15 Silvertips team or a player signed Silvertips game puck. With your help, we can “Fill the House” at XFINITY Arena and offer a helping hand to our neighbors in need of some support.
