Helping transition one era to the next, forward Byron Froese found his groove with a productive last two seasons in the WHL, including his final Everett Silvertips campaign in 2009-10 when he cracked the 70-point barrier en route to a pro career, which includes NHL stops in Toronto, Montreal, and Calgary and is now running 10 years.

His highlights:

  • 118 points in 142 career games with the Silvertips
  • third in goals (29) and fourth in points (61) in 70 games during the 2009-10 season
  • 205 points in 330 AHL games with Stockton, Laval, Syracuse, Toronto, San Antonio, Rockford
  • Captain over the last 3 seasons with Stockton (2018-20) and Laval (2017-18)
  • Made NHL debut Oct. 24, 2015 with Toronto at Montreal
  • Last season: 42 points in 46 games with Stockton
  • Has 111 NHL games with Calgary, Montreal, Toronto
